Bookings & Payments
After your booking, Chilches-holiday will e-mail a contract to you. Including the terms, price and description of the online payment. On receiving the contract you are asked to pay a deposit to the amount of 200 Euro per booked week. This must be paid within 48 hours after the booking. The remaining rate is to be paid, in full, at the latest 14 days prior to the date of arrival. For bookings less than 14 days prior to arrival, full payment is required immediately. If above mentioned terms are not fulfilled, Chilches-holiday reserves the rights to cancel the rental and keep the reservation fee.
Please note: Minimum age for entering contract is 18 years.
Control of Contract
Upon receipt of the contract, it is the tenant´s responsibility to ensure that the rental period is correct.
Cancelling of the Booking
By cancelling 30 days prior to arrival, the rental fee minus the deposit will be reimbursed. If cancelled between 30 to 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the rate will be reimbursed (except the deposit). If the contract is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, no reimbursement will occur.
Force majeure
Chilches-holiday may cancel or terminate the tenancy by reason of force majeure, which means war, riots, strikes, lockouts, oil and gasoline rationing, border closures, epidemics, natural and pollution disasters or similar events. In case of Force majeure Chilches-holiday is obliged to urgently inform the tenant. There will be no compensation or reimbursement of payments to the tenant in case of Force majeure.
Rental includes
Full use of the holiday home and its equipment during the rental period, electricity, water, wireless internet, access to the common pool and final cleaning on departure.
The house is to be left in a tidy state, towels and linens are left in the washing basket and dirty dishes are cleaned and left in the kitchen cabinets. Cushions for terrace chairs are placed in the sofabed, refrigerator is emtied and garbage carried out.
If the BBQ has been used juring the stay, it must be left clean.
Arrival and departure
Arrival from 3 pm.
Departure before 10 pm.
If earlier check in or later check out is desired, additional days can be booked.
Cleaning
The daily cleaning and washing of towels and tea towels is carried out by the tenant.
Cleaning equipment is found in the holiday house.
Responsibility of the Tenant
The tenant is obliged to respect the Code of Conduct, which applies to the holiday home. The tenant is fully liable for all the furniture. Damage caused by the tenant or guests of theirs will be settled upon departure.
The person, who has signed the lease, is also liable for damage caused during the tenancy of the other residents in the holiday home.
The holiday home can maximum be occupied by the number of people to whom there are beds (8 people + a baby). There must be a person over 18 years of age present during the entire stay.
The tenant is responsible for his/hers (or accompanying persons) conduct is not a nuisance to neighbours and other surroundings. If the tenant or accompanying persons grossly, negligent conduct or intentionally cause nuisance, Chilches- holiday reserves the rights to, without notice and with immediate effect terminate lease agreement.
Chilches-Holiday would then not be required to repay all or part of the rental price.
Pets
Pets are allowed into this holiday home, on payment of extra cleaning at 30 Euro.
